Blackbear Newsletter - The Blackbear Newsletter is a monthly newsletter provided by email to all members at no cost. Stay up to date with the latest preparedness information.
Vital Alert - Vital Alert is a mobile device alert system designed to give the Blackbear Community Membership a headstart in the event of a national emergency.
Purchase Produce From Naturlly grown Cooperative At Farm Prices - The Blackbear Lodge operates a natural farm from which the produce may be sold at our cooperative market. Basic, Bugout and Residential members are permitted to buy produce from the coop at wholesale/ farm prices.
Access To Blackbear Lodge Commons - The Commons offers all the conveniences of home including a general supply store, entertainment center, dining facilities and more. All members are welcome.
Blackbear Temporary Shelter - The Blackbear Communities offer emergency temporary shelter to Bugout and Residential members.
Private Secure Dry Storage - Blackbear Communities provide secure dry storage spaces to Bugout and Residential members.
Hunting and Fishing In Designated Areas - Bugout and Residential members are permitted to hunt and fish in designated areas at the Blackbear Community.
Farming And Foraging - Bugout and Residential members are permitted to farm and forage on their leased properties at one of the Blackbear Communities.
Hiking and Exploring - One of the features of the typical Blackbear Community is the vast natural beauty surrounding us. Basic, Bugout and Residential members are encouraged to expore the natural unspoiled areas outside our front door.
It takes a great deal of work to maintain the Blackbear Communities. We would consider hiring members on a part time or full time basis depending on necessity. This option is open to Bugout and Residential members.
Rent our land for land use or residential purposes; for farming, homestead, camping or to improve your bugout skills. This option is available to all paid levels of membership with some restrictions applying.
Rent Small Cabins designed for one or two people for a month or for a lifetime. They may be rented on a monthly basis by Bugout and Residential members.
Large Cabins designed for four or five people are available for rent to Residential members only.
Grow Domes are for rent to all membership levels on a month to month basis.
